Policies
Payment:
I accept most common forms of online payment, including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. All payments are processed through secure encryption. If a purchases is flagged as suspect, I may request additional verification from buyer. I do not accept checks, echecks, money orders, or similar monetary transfers.
Cancellations:
I accept cancellations so long as the buyer contacts me within 24 hours of purchase to begin the refund process. After such given time the sale will be processed and ineligible for cancellation.
Cancellation of a partially paid order made through the Ghoul List or "Work Spot" listings through the shop does not result in a full refund-- 10% is deducted from your total for discretionary purposes.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because of the nature of handcrafted items, returns & exchanges will be dealt on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with your order number to begin evaluation of your claim, and resolve it at my discretion.
Cases dealing with "buyers remorse" (meaning there is nothing defective or otherwise wrong with your purchase and you just simply wish to return it) are subject to a 10% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item before refund is fully processed.
The Ghoul List program sales are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales final for all participating clients.
Shipping:
All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.
Standard Domestic US Shipping is free but does not include insurance (First Class Package with tracking), please be advised when using this shipping option.
All items sent Priority Mail come fully covered for the original purchase cost before ship, so in the event of damage during shipping please contact your mailing carrier to begin a damages/loss claim; I will assist where I can!
All handmade big ticket items are shipped with USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation and full insurance beyond the standard coverage; these do increase the cost of shipping sometimes significantly, but guarantees full coverage of your item(s). If for some reason another service was selected that does not include these features, you will be charged the difference to upgrade to a service that reflects the proper shipping policy; refusal or bargaining will result in forfeiting the sale and a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.
In the event of shipping overcharges, you will receive a refund as soon as an overage is noted, and it will go back to your original payment method.
I ship packages and orders within 2 business days of order when items are marked ready to ship. I use USPS as my main carrier. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping out your item(s), I shall contact you as soon as possible. If you want a package expedited/mailed sooner (subject to handling fee) please feel free to contact me and let me know.
Please allow a buffer of up to 2 business day on ready to ship items for your tracking number to update before submitting any inquiries.
International Buyers:
I tentatively ship world wide, however this policy may change. I am a small home business based out of the US that is not registered to collect any VAT/GST/other taxes for foreign countries: buyers are responsible for any customs taxes or import fees that may be levied at the destination country's borders & customs.
EU law requires that I allow EU residents to return items within 14 days of delivery. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent to receive a refund. Photos are taken prior to shipping to confirm the item's condition. Buyer is responsible for return charges & other fees.
I am not responsible for items once they are accepted by the post office and out of my care, but I will do my best to rectify or facilitate a resolution should an issue occur. All international packages will be shipped with full insurance coverage regardless of total-- additional fees/charges may apply. All other policies apply.

- Due to the high demand and limited quantities of my products, some items are restricted to one per customer, such as but not limited to handmade purses; any listing falling under this policy will be noted in the description. Failure to comply will result in a canceled order + restocking fee.
- In the event a product is oversold, regrettably those sales will be cancelled and refunded as soon as the mistake is noted
- All rights reserved for all photos & designs: this applies to all progress photos and concept sketches produced for custom work shared via email; kept for matter of record.
- Please be advised, my home and workspace is an incense & pet friendly environment.
