Payment:

I accept most common forms of online payment, including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. All payments are processed through secure encryption. If a purchases is flagged as suspect, I may request additional verification from buyer. I do not accept checks, echecks, money orders, or similar monetary transfers.

In the cases where payments are broken down into parts, all payments must be complete in order for your item(s) to ship; item(s) will be held until outstanding total is paid up.

Cancellations:

I accept cancellations no questions asked so long as the buyer contacts me within 24 hours of purchase to begin the refund process. After such time, a 10% restocking fee from original total will be charged.

Cancellation of a partially paid order made through the Ghoul List or from "Work Spot" listings results in a 10% restocking fee from original total.

Returns & Exchanges:

Because of the nature of handcrafted items, returns & exchanges will be dealt on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 business days of delivery with your order number to begin an evaluation of your claim.

In cases where the item(s) was not defective or anything incorrect with an order, and simply wish to return it; these are subject to a 10% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item(s) before a refund can be processed and completed.

The Ghoul List program sales are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales final for all participating clients.

Shipping:

Domestic Contiguous US Shipping is free on orders totaling $100.00 before shipping and tax. Parcel(s) will be sent
using USPS First Class or Ground Advantage shipping services.

⚠️  All handcrafted bags and rug tufted pieces (minimum size of 1.5ft x 1.5ft and up ) are excluded from free shipping promotions. ⚠️
Handcrafted bags and rugs must be sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (for oversized packages) in order to help insure safe and quick delivery: they will also include additional insurance for the journey, and signature confirmation upon delivery.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Items sent with Priority Mail come fully covered for the original purchase cost before ship, so in the event of damage during shipping please contact your mailing carrier to begin a damages/loss claim; I will assist where I can!

All handmade big ticket items such as bags and rugs are shipped with USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation and full insurance beyond the standard coverage; these do increase the cost of shipping sometimes significantly, but guarantees full coverage of your item(s). If for some reason another service was selected that does not include these features, you will be charged the difference to upgrade to a service that reflects the proper shipping policy; refusal or bargaining will result in forfeiting the sale and a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee

In the event of shipping overcharges, you will receive a refund as soon as an overage is noted, and it will go back to your original payment method.

I ship packages within 1-2 business days of order with products marked as READY TO SHIP. I use USPS as my main carrier. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping out your item(s), I shall contact you as soon as possible. If you want a package expedited/mailed sooner (subject to handling fee) please feel free to contact me and let me know.  

Please allow a buffer of up to 2 business day on ready to ship items for your tracking number to update before submitting any inquiries.

International Buyers:
I apologize to my international customers, but I can no longer ship internationally until further notice.

Miscellaneous Policies & Notes:

  • Due to the high demand and limited quantities of my products, some items are restricted to one per customer, such as but not limited to handmade purses; any listing falling under this policy will be noted in the description. Failure to comply will result in a canceled order + restocking fee.
  • In the event a product is oversold, regrettably those sales will be cancelled and refunded as soon as the mistake is noted
  • All rights reserved for all photos & designs: this applies to all progress photos and concept sketches produced for custom work shared via email; kept for matter of record.
  • Please be advised, my home and workspace is an incense & pet friendly environment.
